Introduction of High Frequency Screen:

High frequency vibrating screener is always used for processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite magnet and nonferrous metals including lead, zinc, gold and silver, etc. It adopts the high frequency and low amplitude vibration for the processing of power in coal, metallurgy, electricity, construction and chemical industry.

Working Principle

High frequency screen has the advantage of high efficiency,small amplitude and high frequency of  screening.Different with conventional screen,it breaks the surface tension of and the small particles vibrate on  sieve cover at a high speed.This accelerates the separating of high density minerals.And it also increases the  contacting probability of materials smaller than output size and the sieve pore.Therefore,it creats a good  condition to make the smaller size partical,especially high density material,through the sieve pore together  with the slurry.

High frequency screen features:

1. Using laminated mesh increases monolayer aperture, which not only increases the useful life of the screen, but also can
prevent jamming and wearing.
2. The rubber spring of high frequency screen supports the screen frame, which can reduce noise and set vibrating.
